Alloy casting steel pipe
Brief Introduction:
High strength alloy rare earth (thermal resistant and wear-resistant) steel pipes used as coal conveying, power conveying, ash removal and slag discharge piping for boiler system in power plant. It also may be used as wear-resistant and thermal resistant recovery piping for blast furmace. Compared with austenitic manganese steel under same operation conditions, its unit wearing consumption is about 1/3 of that of austenitic manganese steel and it’s service life is 3 times of that of austenitic manganese steel. Bend and branches can be used in combination of seamless pipes, convenient in installation and maintenance.

2. Withstanding high pressure: It can be used for any pressure rating. Close bonding of outer and lining by adopting special process so that cladding interlayer is molten-joint to ensure reliable operation.
