Product Introduction:
The raw material of this product is the complex clay, a rare nonmetal mineral resource of China and it is made through special technology. It appears as hoar powder, insoluble in water, oil or organic solvents. It is characterized by its high de-coloring rate, fast filtering speed and low residual oil.

This product can reduce the production cost of the oil producers to a great extent. The dosage can be lowered by 5% as compared with other similar products. The filtering speed is fast, thus the residual oil in the filtering cake can be reduced. It is a good substitute for activated carbon and activated white clay. It is a new de-coloring product which is good in performance and low in price.

Product applications:
1、It is a special product to remove coloring matters, phosphatides, colloid, soaps, etc. fromoilo. The oils, after being de-colored, is clear and transparent, and stable in quality.
2、It has a specific adsorption prokerty to adsorb 100% of the potent carcinogens aflatoxins such as: B1 (AFTB1) and 3,4— benzopyrene from various kinds of vegetable oil, thus the hygienic safety requirement of the edible oil can be met.
3、Purity treatment of water for improvement of quality and wastewater treatment

Characteristics of the product:
1、This product has a wide range of decolorizing and adsorbing functions and purifying capabilities, and it is very stable during application. It has strong adsorption towards coloring matters and impurities, and its de-coloring rate for various coloring matters in vegetable oils is over 95%.
2、It’s simple and convenient to use the product, and it’s not necessary to change the original production process of the oil & grease producers. The decolorizing oil is featured with low acid number which will not rise again, therefore, the dehydration process can be deleted.
3、The filtered cakes containing small amount of vegetable oil and animal fat can be re-utilized, thus the environment will not be polluted.

Decolorizing temperature: 115~120oC
